I use a standard, #11 x-acto knife to hand-cut paper into detailed artworks. All of my art is hand-cut, and any pieces with paint are hand-painted. All of my art begins as a solid sheet of paper, and I cut out various areas until I reach the finished piece. All of my paper is fine art quality.
